100 g smoked bacon bits
500 g sauerkraut, drained
1 teaspoon caraway seeds
1 tablespoon chives, finely chopped

Prepare: Fry the Diced Bacon in a frying pan gently. Scoop the bacon on a plate. Spoon the Sauerkraut with Caraway seed by the bacon fat and braise the Sauerkraut in ca. 20 minutes gently until tender. Sprinkle the bacon and chives on top.
