Fried egg sandwich is very populair in Holland as a lunch dish, in holland it is called an "Uitsmijter". It is a sandwich with ham, cheese with fried eggs ontop. This is one of the best fried egg sandwich recipe, but it can also be served with with roast beef, turkey,bacon. It is almost the same as scrambled eggs recipe
