This certified organic goji berries grow in protected valleys of cultivated areas in Mongolia and Tibet and containing various nutrients. Goji berries are ripe at harvest not touched by hand because they will oxidize and turn black. The berries are shaken on mesh and then dried in the shade. Quantity and dosage Eat daily 10 to 30 grams of goji berries (a small handful).
