Yellow Paprika Holland
Paprika belongs to the nightshade family, as well as tomato and eggplant. The pepper has a firm pericarp and in the shell a kidney-shaped, white core to which the seeds are. Yellow pepper originates from green peppers.
Taste: Yellow paprika is fresh sweet and juicy, and is sweeter than the green and red variety. Storage: Keep yellow peppers in the fridge, because then they lose their flavor. Prepare: Wash peppers, cut it in half and remove seeds, seeds and stalk. Paprika can be steamed, fried or boiled. Also suitable in salads and as borreldip.
