For the dough
500 gram (1.1 lb) flour
2 teaspoons active dry yeast
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
150 gram (5.3 oz) sugar
125 grams (4.4 oz) unsalted butter
100 ml (3.4 fl oz) warm water
2 large eggs

Method Of Preparation

In a large bowl mix the flour, melted butter, sugar, yeast, milk and egg. Knead until a smooth, supple dough. Put the dough down and let rise for 45 minutes.
To make the fill you heat the syrup, soft brown sugar, butter and cinnamon in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir well and set aside.
Heat a Waffle Iron for. Knead the dough and spread it through than in balls the size of a pingpong ball (about 4 cm in diameter), also depending on the size of your waffle iron. Pressure a little ball in the waffle iron and bake the waffles between the iron, until no more steam escapes and the waffle is golden brown.
Get the waffle iron carefully with a spatula or knife out and cut the cake horizontally open while it is still warm. Do not wait too long, because then they will break. Spread some of the syrup mixture on one of the halves and pressure the other half go. Repeat with the other waffles
