Ingredients

300 g white rice (1 kg bag)
1/2 bag wok (shrimp garlic parsley (a 500 g, frozen))
1 Pack wokgarnalen
1 bag of Chinese roerbakmix (400 g)
1 cup paste for fried rice (100 g)
1 tbsp sambal oelek 2
tbsp sweet soy sauce
1 cucumber (cut into strips)

Cook the rice in over boiling water 10 minutes and drain. Let cool down quickly in a wide Bowl. Stir fry in a wok the shrimp according to package directions. Scoop them from the wok. Bake in the roerbakmix the cooking fat and the paste according to the directions on the package. Spoon the rice and stir fry until it is golden brown and warm. Add the shrimp and heat the nasi goreng 1 min. by. Stir in the chilli jam loose with the soy sauce and spoon the cucumber through it. Serve the cucumber with the fried rice with shrimp
