fruit smoothie recipes
Ingredients
1 package fruity smoothie strawberry, mango & fresh mint (Party favorite) 500 g Greek yoghurt (0% fat) 30 g walnuts
1) get the mint leaves from the smoothiepakket and puree the fruit in a measuring cup with a hand blender until a smooth smoothie.
2) divide the yogurt on the glass and pour the smoothie over it. Break the walnuts into pieces and divide along with the mint leaves on the sundaes. Tip: Add 1 tsp grated fresh ginger to the fruit for a fresh and spicy touch.
