Bami goreng recipe
Ingredients 2 onions 1 leek 250 g carrots 4 tbsp wok oil 250 g smoked bacon bits (duopak) 1 tsp sambal oelek 300 g noodles wokmix (bag) 3 Ketjap Manis soy sauce Method of preparation Peel and chop the onion. Was the leek and cut into half rings. Was the carrots and cut into thin half slices. Heat a wok and pour the oil in it. Fry the bacon 5 min. Take with a slotted spoon from the wok. Add the onion, chilli pepper and carrot and stir 3 min. Add the leeks and stir-fry 3 min. with it. Do the bacon and add the noodles to the wok again. Season with the soy sauce and stir-fry another 2 min. Divide about the bowl
