BREAKFAST / LUNCH

A traditional Dutch breakfast exists especially from a light bread meal. One chooses for example a plak people ear bread or wittebrood, and then butter or margarine, and from that lubricates on a choice bread broodbeleg, such as cheese, jam, pellet, peanut cheese, ham (or other types thinly cut slices flesh). Beside, or instead of, the sandwich one also a rusk, rye bread or breakfast wafer, currant loaf, a cooked egg, or a placard eats pulp. If spirits there is frequently a cup of tea, coffee, a glass milk or buttermilk, or a glass orange juice.
